The New Year’s song and our 2010 review in less than 3 minutes!

When we wanted to put together some of our family memories to share with you, I thought about the music to add to the show.  I honestly haven’t found ANYONE who knows what Auld Lang Syne means.  I know I can google it and find about a million answers.  But I decided that I needed to write a new song for the NEW YEAR.  I included the words in the most recent blog entry.  Anyway, I hope you love it and the memories that were coupled with it.  Listen closely for Craig, Niki, Stefi and EVEN Grandma as they chime in on the chorus.  It makes me cry every time I hear it.  So, I’m having to space my views until I get used to it…OK, so I’m a sentimental sap.  Always have been.  Actually, that’s an inside joke based on some jerk’s comments about me on Youtube…

We’ve been working hard to pare down our collections of photo memories for 2010 so that you’d be interested in actually sitting through the show.  You remember when you were a kid or possibly not that long ago when it felt like torture to watch the slide show from some uncle’s adventures.  NOT ONE MORE COW PICTURE!!  Well we really didn’t want this to be that painful.   So, I first pared down from 2500 photos to over 300.  THEN I sat down and cut those down to only 50 and I THINK we haven’t missed anyone in our pictures that should be there.  There are a few of you that didn’t make it on our photos for some reason.  Please know that we love you, anyway and we’ll be sure to take your picture THIS year!  Here’s our tribute to our friends and to the year.  We love you, so…

By the way, these videos are best viewed full screen.

You can see the long version of this slideshow with all the 300 pics below.  And by the end of the pictures you’ll DEFINTELY know at least the chorus of the song!
